Appendix coffee & bar
The design idea generates from the naming of the coffee bar - appendix. It promotes slow living and culture in day time, while is a leisure bar at night. appendix also refers to the end section of book, thus a flexible identity is born.
Inspired by its flexibility, we transform the concept into a paperclip with a hidden initial "a" to form the core logo, and further extend to collateral development. For example, the menu sheets is hold together with a paperclip. This concept not only expands the visual language, it also allows appendix to mix & match different menu sheets for different scenarios.
